This policy explains what data zxmoto-racing.com collects when you subscribe to the newsletter, and how it is handled.

What we collect

• Email address — to send you the newsletter.
• Language preference (EN/NL/FR) — to send emails in your language.
• Subscription date and IP address — for audit and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to send occasional updates about ZXmoto Racing content: new articles, WSBK results, trackday tips. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB (AWS), in the US-East-1 region. The service is operated by Jimmy Brootcoorens (JBit), based in Belgium.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (page views, language, country at the city level). IP addresses are anonymized before storage. No personally identifying information is collected. You can opt out by installing the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Analytics is only active on the production site (zxmoto-racing.com).

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. To request full deletion of your data, email hello@zxmoto-racing.com.
